If it were up to me , which it is not, only the boring posts would be deleted. Also, only users who have an extremely high boring to nonboring  post ratio would be banned.  Posts which were racist, inane , insulting, would only be deleted if they were actually boring also. If posts which are very interesting but racist, insulting, ...
