This thread is for moderators to report their actions to the community. Should the need arise, we can create a new forum specifically for discussion of moderator actions. For now, however, this might be overkill, so we'll start with this.

Thread entitled 'Hottest Mom In America-New York Audition-Saturday-October 14th' deleted because it was spamtastic.

I deleted a number of threads started by our old friend ps2huang.

I banned the user TheBestWorld because it was determined to be ps2huang, a user previously banned for offensive and racist comments. Moderators will be reviewing TheBestWorld's posts and taking action to remove those deemed offensive.

Hmm, for some reason I thought that most people here already knew that TheBestWorld was ps2huang...his writing style is pretty unmistakable, as is his bizarre pattern of suddenly asking random people for personal information (e.g., "Where do you live?").  He seems to go through a cycle of trying to start semi-legitimate discussions followed by a burst of demands for information from people, usually followed then by his starting to insult people.  Nipping it in the bud is probably the best course of action to take.

Banned user RyoJapan, who is suspected of being--you guessed it--ps2huang. Also deleted posts by RyoJapan. And emailed user to explain actions and ask for documentation if this isn't ps2huang.

Deleted four threads started by the user saidp_501 because they're racked with spam.

Simon, get out your ban stick. 

Used the ban stick to (hopefully) beat saidp into submission. Thanks for your vigilance ideal!

Removed posts by the "12" twins on black walnut because they appear to be spam.

Deleted the thread, 'Health Insurance' because it appears to be spam and the author seems to think this is an acting forum.

Moved the thread entitled 'Looking for partners' to the get together subforum.

Removed an old Unanswered post from TheBestWorld (ps2huang) concerning his 'daddy'. It was bad english/incomprehensible childish-sounding musings that was still visible in the 'unanswered' section of the posts on the main page.

Following numerous complaints, and many trolling posts, I have banned Adbatstone. If he wishes to return and contribute positively, he is welcome to plead his case. I'm sure that he's not surprised at this action, however.

If it were up to me , which it is not, only the boring posts would be deleted. Also, only users who have an extremely high boring to nonboring  post ratio would be banned.

 Posts which were racist, inane , insulting, would only be deleted if they were actually boring also.

If posts which are very interesting but racist, insulting, inane, annoying etc. are deleted, it may have the effect of making me less intelligent than I would otherwise have been. 

Post entitled "Metabolism is the key to weight loss" deemed spam and deleted.
