Transplant of stem cells is the first day of the rest of Rose’s life

Rose WilhelmiDevils Lake, ND businesswoman Rose Wilhelmi may be back on the job by the end of the year.

The owner of Rose’s Stitch & Sew on main street has been undergoing cancer treatment since early spring, and will undergo a stem cell transplant today at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
