Given time, proper resources, and adequate security I am confident I have a template that will solve for each these issues simultaneously by multiple redundant and cooperative strategic advantage, the formulation of what could prove a universally agreeable and acceptable compromise on a course of action taking us successfully through to the coming century.

Clearly much work remains necessary in order to foster and constructively incorporate any plausible future “utopian” alternative into core sustainability protocol; a holistic and inclusive agenda for the security of life, liberty, and the global welfare well into an immanent paradigm shift of quantum and biochemical nanotechnology, and the advent of a “singularity” matrix whereby there remains no survivable option to ignore completely that which will so profoundly impact all of us.  

Lacking independent material means to alleviate the overbearing distraction of securing base essentials of life, work, and survival, I spend my singular time making ~ $38,000 annually in sustaining little more than my own ability to continue on doing much the same and making little appreciable headway towards admittance to my own being and calling to the real work I know I must pursue.  Quite simply I cannot be certain who to trust, and I refuse to settle for a lesser arrangement that might bring greater personal material returns but still not enough of a foundation to see this through.

However, granted agreeable support networking and a modest budget I would gladly give the coming years to solving the agenda, accepting a reasonable compromise on policy particularly where concerning a necessarily maintained relative vicarious association and lifestyle tolerant interface to Personal space with regard to the central authority, and influence in how that communication Construct is established and implemented in order to effectively (objectively) facilitate where this clearly must go in order to succeed at deciphering by experience a defense against an otherwise inevitable entropic cascade event.

I am certain these necessary resources are in good supply and I know I am not alone in this sincere ambition to do my humble part to the best of my own expectation and ability.  I also happen to be in a position of relative independence and personal flexibility, so if anyone has an in to where I might begin, I’m game.

I'd be very suprised if DARPA and it's British counterpart weren't already working on developing these forms of communication - this article may be an attempt to justify their research - saying it is an imperative that they develop and control these technologies first.

What can one say as an unwilling victim of such unethical covert human experimentation by conglomerate powers operating well outside any apparent accountability?  We're absolutely insane.  This is not about teamwork.  This is who we are and what it all comes down to, our great human testimony to the infinite potential of the universe we fear so much we must strike out against like savages instead of helping one another to secure the protection of modern "civilization."

It is a twisted experimental invasion under the guise of essential survival being far more complex than it obviously is or needs be, successfully conducted by a totalitarian enemy like nothing we have ever known, justified and apologized for vicariously by the victims themselves incapable of coming to terms with what they know internally to be true, even when this whole agenda clearly has nothing to do with the sort of holistic therapeutic and regenerative approach that would secure human health and longevity, implying nothing good about our disgraceful present and likely future catastrophic applications of technology.

It would seem rather obvious that setting up the termination of any potentially incriminating evidence would be just as simple for them to justify, say by an alleged preexistent medical condition involving a genetic mutation threatening the functionality of the heart for example, a condition that could easily be introduced artificially by viral gene therapy in preparation for the experiment.

Even if I knew of such an experiment first hand and could show proof of it in action, I doubt I would survive long enough to tell my story, or if there are even any real people left out there who would care or who would be in any position to help me escape and independently define how revolutionary new technology must instead be implemented to secure protection of essential human rights and freedom, rather than simply pointing out all the ways we can destroy each other.

I am certain of one thing.  No matter what I say or do in my present capacity it will have little appreciable impact save to earn some venture capitalist a profit by their being in financial position to rip it off as opportunist inspiration for their own self-serving media campaign or worse, contribute directly to the formulation of continued propaganda support for the agenda.  Like most I am unable to afford to defend myself or my grey area intellectual property while simultaneously still doing anything with it in pursuit of the work that must be done, if it isn’t already too late as many would likely concede.

I too see little evidence of an interest in funding the common dialog.  Quite the contrary in fact as even modest financial and intellectual independence and mobility is clearly the primary target of the present agenda of profit and control, all under the guise of "security."
